It has been observed from the past few decades that people like to eat more junk food rather than healthy diet . Moreover, nowadays people do not have time to cook at home because of their hectic schedule because of their jobs and business . As per the result , they go outside and eat from streets whether it is healthy or not . Secondly, junk food is rich in spices , which make the food so delicious . Consequently, people get attracted towards the taste of the street food.
Probing further, individuals need to get aware about that, junk food is dangerous for their health . Such as , it cause obesity ,which make individuals fatty and lazy. However , by consuming junk food , people get problem in their heart . Because, lots of oil is used for making such food , which contains trans and saturated fats and it is not good for human heart . On top of it , government need to fallen down the price of healthy products . Such as, lentils , porridge , green vegetables and so on. So everyone could afford that products.
To sum up , it can be reiterated that , excessive consumption of street food is very dangerous for human body . Because , it cause many heart diseases like asthma. And people get to be aware about the importance of healthy diet and they need to eat more and more lentils or green vegetables, which make their body fit and fine . Because, health is a wealth
